Combined Intergovernmental Working Group The Federal Facilities Task Force is a member of the Combined Intergovernmental Working Group (CIWG), which coordinates communications and discusses policy issues related to the cleanup of the US nuclear weapons complex. Four additional organizations and the Department of Energy participate in the CIWG. All five groups plus DOE meet annually in the fall.
